Yeah i did notice this, would just like them to reply to the report so this can be dealt with... They claim 24/7 support but in my tickets i was getting 1 reply a day cause they were "busy with other orders" and they can't reply to a thread they were already viewing earlier...
I will literally place money on it, Grace isn't doing the orders themself. And with that being said, you can see in your thread pictures there is only Grace operating the tickets, so lying about 24/7 too, which can also be reported under violations
Because we forced it lol, still doesn't make much sense with the reply...
"i'm a solo provider, who claims to be 24/7 but isn't.... I don't take screenshots because of that..." lol ok because automatically having it on makes a hard time XD
