Request for Staff Review – HellsingGold

Hello Sythe Staff,

I am respectfully requesting a full review of the conclusion that HellsingGold and Diamond RSPS (Guakanda) are the same person.

I understand why this conclusion may have been reached based on the information available. However, I believe there is significant context and evidence that demonstrates we are two different individuals who previously worked together before our professional relationship ended.

My goal is not to evade any punishment or mislead the staff. I simply want all of the relevant evidence to be reviewed before a final conclusion is reached.

Background

Diamond was previously a member of my staff at HellsingGold.

At the time, I was working as a police officer and was assigned to a work mission that required most of my time and attention. Because I was frequently unavailable, I made a serious mistake by trusting Diamond to help manage parts of my business.

As part of that trust, I allowed him to access my Sythe account so he could respond to sponsorship requests, customer inquiries, and other business-related messages while I was unavailable.

I fully acknowledge that this was my mistake, and I take responsibility for that decision.

At that time, I had absolutely no knowledge that he was involved in fraudulent activity or that he would later become associated with scams under the name Guakanda.

Had I known this, I would never have allowed him to represent my business in any capacity.

Discovery of Internal Misconduct

Several months later, I began discovering serious irregularities involving Diamond's conduct while working for HellsingGold.

According to the evidence I have collected, I found that he was:

Withholding sponsor payments.
Conducting private deals with my farmers without informing management.
Keeping commissions and revenue that belonged to HellsingGold.
Failing to honor agreed revenue splits.
Acting dishonestly while representing my business.

Once I became aware of these issues, I immediately removed him from my staff, terminated our business relationship, revoked any responsibilities he had within HellsingGold, and completely cut ties with him.

Sponsor Payment Evidence

One of the incidents involved a sponsor payment that, according to my records, Diamond received while working as part of HellsingGold.

Instead of reporting the payment to management, he kept it without informing me.

Another incident involved a transaction totaling 100B.

Under our agreement, the proceeds were supposed to be divided 50/50 between Diamond and the owner of HellsingGold.

According to the evidence, Diamond retained the entire amount and never delivered the owner's 50B share.

After leaving HellsingGold, I also collected screenshots showing Diamond promoting his services and advertising in other communities.

False Reference / Self-Vouch Evidence

I also collected evidence that appears to show Diamond using another identity to provide positive references for himself.

My understanding, based on the available evidence, is that the supposed "friend" providing these recommendations was actually Diamond himself.

I am providing these screenshots so staff can evaluate them directly.

Why We Share Similarities

I understand that staff noticed similarities between our accounts.

From what I understand, these similarities include:

Matching IP addresses.
Similar interests (RSPS Gold).
Similar thread layouts.
Similar business activity.

These similarities exist because Diamond worked directly for HellsingGold.

During that period, he assisted with customer communication, sponsorships, and business-related matters using my account while I was occupied with my real-life job.

Although I recognize that allowing this was a mistake, it does not mean we are the same person.

Rather, it explains why there may be overlap between our accounts and business activity during that period.

Timeline

Diamond joins HellsingGold staff.

I respectfully ask the Sythe Staff to review all of this evidence together instead of relying solely on circumstantial similarities.

I fully accept responsibility for the mistake of allowing someone else to help manage my account while I was occupied with my work.

However, that mistake should not lead to the conclusion that Diamond and I are the same individual.

The evidence I have provided demonstrates that:

We previously worked together.
Our relationship ended because of serious trust issues and internal misconduct.
I removed him from my business long before the current dispute.
He continued operating independently after leaving HellsingGold.

I am fully willing to cooperate with any additional verification the staff may require, including providing original screenshots, additional conversations, or answering any questions regarding this matter.
