    Anger Management Issues

    I've got anger management problems too. I can't control them around people I'm close with but I've learned to control them around people who I don't know. It's a horrible way to contain the situation because I hurt the people around me, sometimes physically and sometimes emotionally. It's a difficult thing to deal with. I don't know how I did it, but you just need to learn to control. You need to fight against yourself to control the "rage" inside. I know it's in our nature to not be able to deal with ourselves and control the anger but you need to try and think about how shitty you'll feel afterwards. Breathe off the anger, just close your eyes and think about stopping. Force it upon yourself to stop.

    Another big one that works for me is going biking or taking a walk. I'm big on music so I taking walks with my iPod usually calms me down. It downs my mood sometimes but it also makes me feel GREAT at other points. Take out your iPod, make a playlist with your favorite music, and just go for a walk around your neighborhood, get air, get your body moving.
