Chaotic Rapier vs. Chaotic Longsword vs. Chaotic Maul

Definitely a nice guide. I've personally always preferred rapier myself.

 

rapier has best dps

 

Like noted its about what you plan on doing with the weapon

I feel Chaotic longsword is the best overall. my opinion. Not for pking though.

Is CLS the choice for me?

 

Rapier is best for general PVM, CLS and Maul are for Bossing (unless the monsters you kill in general PvM are weak to Crush, then Maul is better).

In general, people prefer Rapier. If you read the first post, I dunno how you would of assumed CLS :laugh:

 

Maul and rapier> longsword for bosses imo. the long is too slow but doesnt do enough damage per hit while both the rapier and the maul excell in those categories.

 

Rapier it is for me, leeching dung tokens ftw!

 

Very helpful I found the best solution is to keep dungeoneering and get all of them

 

I own rapier / maul, and regret getting maul. At the time i was HUGE on PvP, as i was a turmoil pure, now that i have gone main (70 def), i really with i had a CLS to PvM. Sadly though I only use my rapier :/ Im debating between CLS and CCB next.

This is really well made, but owning the rapier and cls i would much rather have a rapier because it can be used for different things and it dosnt seem like your waiting around forever like you get with the cls

 

what about chaotic crossbow?

 

Rapier is best, Good for PVP, Best for PVM, Enough said.
