Could be a Dad.

Ok so right now my whole perspective of life is changing,I could soon find out on tuesday that im a dad the girl i had sex with a month ago just texted me saying shes 2 weeks late But she took a pregnancy test and it came up 1 bar negative and 1 bar nuetral So now shes going to the docters on tuesday but if she is pregnant what will i do like my family is very religious it will be so embarrasing for me and im really really nervous right now i dont know what to do.

Sometimes i think that if she is i might do something stupid like kill myself. I dont want the responciblity of a son/daughter on my hands im only 17.

What do you guys think of the chances shes pregnant.

Ps. The girl is known for lieing about being pregnant but i do think she might be because i didnt use a condom and she said she took the pill the next morning.

01/11/2011 - Shes going to the docters today since she booked it for tuesday im waiting for a outcome yet really nervous but i had time to think and im not so nervous anymore but really would love not to be a dad as i dont like the girl one bit.

 

If she's known for it then she is probably a slag/slut, to be honest she is probably just trying to get attention.
Also; killing yourself because she could be pregnant is stupid, think of how upset your family would be.

 

Number one the responsibility is yours you should of used a condom. and If she is pregnant you cant blame anyone but yourself and her as you did not use protection. If shes lying then well get rid of her and dont speak to her. Also Ive had a scare before and its horrible grant you that but you have to deal with this as you created half the problem.

Honestly, I don't know why so many people knock being a dad. It's quite possibly the greatest thing that could happen to you.

 

If you even entertain the idea of harming yourself, you won't have my pity/respect.

You're right, having a child is a HUGE responsibility at age 17. It's safe to say it's one of those nightmares that most teenagers with raging hormones have. Unfortunately, having per-marital sex comes with the risks. If you can't accept the consequences, don't do the actions.

Now, I'm not trying to preach the word of per-marital sex because I would be a total hypocrite. The only difference between you and I is I'm willing to accept the responsibility, and have been very close to ending up in this situation. It's a dangerous game, but you have to live with your mistakes. Don't be a punk and take the easy way out, don't let your kid fail this world because they're raised by a single mom. Don't.

I guess we'll find out the results Tuesday, so good luck.

(That wasn't a bash to any of you with single parents. I just know that's a cause of what usually formulates a child's problem(s))

 

If she' not pregnant/not yours then just ignore the slut. If it is yours then kid you gotta man up and do your thing. It is your responsibility as a man you shouldn't run away from it. Killing yourself is hardly the way to go.

Why do you guys do such things at age 17... is underage sex even an offence in most countries now? Or has it became a common thing that the government overlooked?

AKA, if you're going to have sex, you should be ready to face the consequences. Adult decisions come with adult responsibilities. Killing yourself is not the way out of this situation, and in reality just shows that you weren't ready to have sex in the first place.

Todays th day she goes to the docters i texted her "Whats the story?" And she didnt text back.

The last 2 pregnancy tests she done was negative but im fairly sure she didnt have her period yet.

I really wish i wasnt in a rush to lose my virginity as all this is really making me lose sleep i will post the outcome if i am a dad or not later tonight..
