IDB : Reason for my TWC

Before all the stereotyping starts, it was requested by a sythe user, and I was nearly let off, until I stepped in. This is unusual, I know, but it's what I'd like to see more people do in the future.

I posted a banned users MSN, and no matter how legit he is since his ban 4 years ago, and he has traded bills with sythe members, including moderator N4N0, I was in the wrong. A TWC was requested for me as someone thought I was in on a "scam" with him, which I'm not. Me and him being friends on FB supposedly made a difference as well.

Anyways, fireZ was gonna TWC me, then decided to let me off, because I was an asset to the community. However, when I found this out, I felt happy, and sad. Happy because I was let off, but sad because newcomers would have been less fortunate. So I asked fireZ if he would have TWC'd a newcomer, and if so, TWC me. So pretty much, I requested the TWC, to make it fair for all.

Hope this doesn't affect my trading, but who knows, still going for OMM.

P.S - To people saying it should be removed, I requested it in a way, so if I have to wait the 6 months, I understand. It'd be more of an achievement to complete OMM app with TWC anyways.​

I'm glad that you are honest and stepped in with the dignity to be treated fairly. However, I think the rules for TWCs should be reconsidered. TWC means TRADE WITH CAUTION....does one have to trade with caution when they trade with IDB? No. There shouldn't be a standard procedure to slap someone with a TWC, but rather they should be taken care of with a case to case basis. If I said that Kero/N4N0/FireZ are legit and posted their msns (when they were banned), would I be TWCed? If I would be, then I am shocked. Yes new comers should be stamped with them since people should trade with caution, but with you, people shouldn't trade with caution!

Not fair to you, the case shouldn't make people trade you with caution, you are for sure legit here .

It will affect your trading, the 30 day duration that I held my TwC my sales dropped almost 300%

Appeal-able in 30 days. Anyways I gave you a warning at first since it wasnt very many times and you weren't linking to a multi-time ban evading PITA.

 

Don't see why you stepped in and took it, being "honest" about it, as it's a pretty unwarranted TWC; and I seriously doubt you honestly should have received a TWC for it.

However, good luck in trading with that bad boy.

 

I think you should dispute this, the reason in NO way should make people "TWC" I've seen and know you do tonnes of legit trades, hope it works out good for ya!

Edit: I would just like to add that you are one of the most legit people here, and would still have no problem going first to you.

Fair play for you doing this. When I came forward with my pardon I was happy to take a twc and even a ban if the staff had though it was justified and I was lucky to not of been banned. But it had happend on another website and over 3 years ago . In all honesty it will be harder to trade but I still middlemanned in this time and traded multiple times just use a free trusted mm if someone asks but I respect you in that you have taken this like any other user. This shows maturity and that you belive in equal treatment for all.

Yeah what's done is done just do the best thing and dispute in 30days, and in sure your built friendships with alot of your customers I sure you still have menu people that will still trade with you best of luck.
