Insta-Banned

Hey guys, i just came back from 5 months of not playing. I saw the update that they would care more about botting but i thought they were kidding. I botted around 8 hours mining and i just logged in to see i was banned. Damn Jagex, you have improved. It might be the best for me so i don't go back to play and get addicted again XD

It was F2P. I used kMiner.

 

Yeah i know, i'm stupid for not waiting 3 days to get P2P to start botting.

 

Ah then yes, Jagex mainly/always permanently bans bots in F2P.

 

Yeah i always knew it but i was always able to bot 1 week in F2P till i got membership without any issues. And even botting more time, that's why i was surprised.

 

What did you bot, Iron, Coal or Essence?

 

Iron, M1D1 in Al kharid.

 

They've updated their random events. They have different random events set to specific days of the week therefor there's no update on RS so the bots don't shut down but the randoms change. They might actually be picking up some slack, I doubt it'll last though.

 

Its funny coz right as i am reading this thread i am botting with kminer at granite. 11k till level then after that i am gunna stop. I though jagex didn't care about bots these days but maybe there changing..

There won't be a next time This came out great since i don't wanna start playing again after losing 700$ USD to staking. I was gonna buy 500$ worth of gold but instead i'll spend them on something else now

 

I bot F2P, i am scared now. :S I hope my bots won't be banned ^^'

Yeah i didn't know they had better detection rate :/ back 6 months ago when i played i would bot in F2P and not get banned.

 

I believe this belongs in Runescape Cheating, but nevertheless, if this means JaGex are cracking down on botters.. Well I really hope it does. GP price is just so despicable right now. It would benefit us so much IMO.

 

It's becoming almost like Jagex have cleaned F2P.

 

Yeah even the ftp worlds are going down in population ow well about tme the cracked down on bots their ruining the community sorry about your loss mate.
