What to do when chargeback? [PAYPAL]

So guys what should someone do if for example he sold 100m for $ and then the buyer chargeback money that he paid means he got 100m free.

What are the steps to avoid/win this?

 

Not sure. I try to avoid phony people on PayPal.
Did you take pictures/evidence? As long as the buyer received the item, there should be no reason for the chargeback to go through.

 

Well it was not my but my friend.
Yes, he took few screenshots (like 4-5) and send them to paypal.
Now he's waiting for them to say something.
At the moment it says "closed" on paypal [after 3 weeks of waiting]

 

If they send it as a gift they can charge back it only via unauthorized payment.

No real way to stop it. The buyer will always get their money back if they know what they're doing, or if the payed with a credit card.

 

There really isn't anything you can do if the chargeback was already successful. Next time the person should try using PlayerAuctions to sell gold.

If he charged back as unauthorized then he will get back no matter how much evidence u have.
