A script to report bots...

Should make a 24/7 log of this and see how long it takes to get banned.

 

I love it if you only put it in the hugely populated areas

 

Isn't this redundant?

 

Jagex at least claims that even if you are reported 1000x, you won't be banned unless actually botting, so I wouldn't worry about that.

 

implying jagex can find out the difference b/w bots and humans. they work on player reports only.

Does it report other people using this bot for botting?

 

It reports people for botting. Random people, that's why you should use it in popular bot spots.

I had botted back a few years ago, but had given it up completely, but...

I just started botting again today... The prospect of getting 1-25 agility on a new pure was unbearable

 

I swear we need to host an event or something where everyone stops sw, sc, etc. and runs this script.

 

I would only support this for reporting spam bots, or bots that are REALLY crowding up popular areas and pissing you off. But don't fully turn against your botting brethren!

It's cool but it's so contradictory. Creating a bot to ban the bots that they've created. Mind fuck >.<! Lol

 

I think this is a great script ha. I really hope it works well and get many auto typers banned.

How can it tell the bots from regular players though ?

 

The problem is - the reports won't be taken seriously.

Legit players would not report over 200 different players in 4 hours.
