yeah its just no1 wants 10% xp for 5m. its simple. you take all day botting to get 700k xp, it only adds another 70k xp, and even if your botting thats only like 1-2hours you would have to suicide bot to get the fullest xp gain. Low demand for this..

 

Ehh. I can see how this would be helpful for Herblore. Think about it. You could probably get up to 99 in a week botted. Saving 10% means saving about 30m in supplies.
