Which rare shoud i get?

i got 666M (mhm) and wanna buy a rare, cant decide tho, i want it to look good with dung cape (t).

also any ideas of outfit to wear with that rare nd dung cape (t)?

With your budget I'd get Red h'ween mask. If you can get more gold I'd go Purple Phat.

 

I really don't think any rares would match a dung cape that well so I would just go for the most expensive in your price range, being a red h'ween mask.
