Ones your account's name has been deleted simply go to the desired account which you wish to add the name to and change it.

Next step dispute the payment and your level 3 will get frozen.

You get your money back, you got the nice name and no extra expense.

I recommend you dont do this on an account which you use as you will get charged for the membership.

i was meant to add that you should get a freind to change the name for you.

Though i did not use a freind i chagned it myself and they still deleted the name for me.

You are scamming Jagex out of money/membership (putting it in negative credit). Pretty sure this is illegal and not allowed on this site...

 

they will revert the name back to the original one if you claimed its hijacked, or just deleted it in general.
