Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I outsourced a ToA kit to a friend without informing the client, and then the night after, the bank had been cleared. I do not know whether this was the client, the third party or even another cause. However, I take full responsibility for sharing customer information and failing to handle the order myself. I should have either completed the service later, gotten approval for the client to outsource (and ensured that access to the account was limited to the person handling the order) or refunded his order upon realizing I couldn't complete it on time.

Additionally, I also allowed a vouch before the service was even started. I understand and take full blame for this being a fake vouch. I should have corrected it immediately and moving forward, I will never allow for vouch to happen before service start or during service, but rather only after completion.

I understand the seriousness of my actions and the risk they introduced. And I want to apologize to the client, the staff, and the platform as a whole. My actions risked undermining confidence in the platform and may have affected other people's legitimate services.

To prevent this from happening again, I will introduce proper safety protocols and practices by not involving third parties in completing any services under my responsibility and that all work will be handled directly by me when I accept an order.

For standard orders, I will reinforce that the client uses a unique password before each service and immediately changes it after completion. For high-risk services, I will ensure that access to the client's account is strictly limited to the person handling the order by utilizing password reset link.

I've also improved my approach by learning from other service providers on how they handle security. Going forward it will now be standard practice to set or change the bank PIN, terminate all active sessions, re-enable auth (if it was previously disabled) and review any linked accounts (such as Steam etc) after every service.
