    I don't think so no. I think you need to be recommended/ selected or something and then you need to pay a hefty hosting fee.

    That's the reason I still haven't started my dice clan :p I know it will be extremely hard for it to survive with DD around. Plus I like dragon Dyce too much, so I'd never start it in W2.

    Oh and the fact that whenever I get more than 50m I always find my way to DD only to get cleaned :p the most recent time being Saturday and Sunday :S Oh well, I had lots of fun, I'm pretty much used to this by now :p

    DD is the number one dice clan in RS, I've been dicing with them since April with almost no problems, they've payed out 1b+ pots to me :) When I did have a problem, they paid me back immediately :)

    It's funny how atleast 2 or 3 times a week some new clan come an try's to spam out the dragon dyce area only to reliase their efforts are fruitless.
