    I
Hello again. I am posting this pardon because I was instructed to do so, and I want to approach this respectfully and in good faith.

I built my Discord server as the sole owner over a long period of time, with the help of staff members whom I always paid as promised. Whenever anyone was interested in buying a rank in my server, the rules were clearly available in one of the Discord channels, and I also made sure buyers explicitly agreed that the rank was non-refundable. Throughout the years I spent building and growing that community, I never abused my power in any way.

The issue began only after my server was deleted/banned, which was not my fault and was outside of my control. After that happened, the person who later reported me complained, even though he had repeatedly broken server rules and violated the rank agreement in the past, and I had pardoned him several times. Out of more than 100 rank holders, he was the only one who decided to report me. In my view, the reason the others did not is because they understood two things: first, that what happened to the server was not my fault, and second, that they had agreed from the start that rank payments were non-refundable.

What I think is very important here is that my actions after the server was lost do not match the behavior of a scammer at all. After everything collapsed, I recreated servers over and over until I was able to find every single member again and make sure they could withdraw their money. The total amount involved there was around 100 times greater than the amount I was previously told I owed in this case. That is why I say this was never about me trying to scam anybody. If I were truly a scammer, it would make no sense for me to go to that level of effort to find everyone again and ensure they got their funds back, especially when the amounts involved were vastly higher.

Later, when I disputed the DNT, staff agreed that I had to pay 200M OSRS GP in order to move forward (because thats the amount/currency ranks got paid in). I disagreed with that outcome because I believed the rules and agreements in place already showed that I had not done anything wrong. Even so, I still complied and paid the 200M willingly because I wanted to resolve the matter in good faith and move forward properly. At first I was told to pay in dollars, which made no sense to me because the ranks had originally been paid for in OSRS GP. I had already bought the GP and was ready to give it, so I asked why I should pay in dollars instead of the GP I supposedly owed. I was then told that the GP would be claimed, and I paid it.

What made the situation much worse for me was that after I complied, the payment was labeled as an “antiscam.” That felt deeply unfair. From my perspective, I had already lost the original business, I had not been refunded myself, and I still paid the amount requested by staff even though I did not believe I was actually at fault. To then see that willing payment described as if funds had been recovered from a scammer made me feel wronged a second time. That is why I say I felt scammed by the process itself. I lost once when the server and business were destroyed, and I lost again when the payment I made in good faith was framed in a way that suggested guilt rather than compliance.

I also believe this case reflects a misunderstanding or inconsistent application of the rules, rather than any actual scam. I am providing a screenshot of another Sythe case where a user said there was no agreement at all when he paid for a rank, and staff responded that if there is no agreement specifically mentioning a refund policy, then the buyer is out of luck, and that owners of clans such as Elite Ranks are allowed to remove ranks or status whenever they want unless there is an agreement protecting the buyer. In my case, I did the opposite: I made the rules visible, I made sure rank buyers agreed to them, and I specifically made clear that ranks were non-refundable. So from my point of view, I acted more carefully and more responsibly than in the example staff previously resolved, yet my case was treated more harshly. That is why I believe this matter was not a scam, but a misunderstanding or misapplication of the rules.

I understand that a pardon is not the same as a dispute, and I am not trying to be hostile or argumentative. I am only trying to explain clearly that I never acted dishonestly, that I made efforts to set clear terms with rank holders, and that even after disagreeing with the decision, I still complied with what staff asked of me. I believe that matters when judging my intent and my character.

I am asking for forgiveness because I did comply with the repayment staff required, I am not here to avoid responsibility or create more conflict, and I am making this request in good faith. I have continued building projects outside of Sythe, including working in other discord servers, rebuilding mine on Discord, and operating my casino website VelvetBet. I am also planning to focus more on my Discord community again and welcome old rank holders back if they choose to return.

All I want is the opportunity to move forward and clear my name. I never considered myself a scammer, and I do not believe the facts show that I was one. I hope this can be reviewed fairly and in full context.

Have you fully read and followed the pardon rules and requirements in this thread?
