So how does this work? You add me on MSN or contact me through the PM system, I have a skype, but I rarely use. You pay me the 1M (unless you want to offer something else), you probably will have to wait 10 - 30 minutes the most, for me to set everything up.

Why is this so cheap? Because it uses a free hosting service (pretty good one), and the vB is also a nulled script, that's why it's so cheap.

I dont think you are allowed to sell this sort of service, and especially not be vouched for it.

Ask an admin before selling your services just to be sure so they dont give you a temporary ban. If you are allowed i wish you good luck wiith your services

YOU are not designing them, you are just selling someoneelses designs?
