I have bought legacy tutorial island of this user to have them serviced sell to a facebook group where i am trusted. The user has never stated they were not OO, I buy only from this guy because he seem trustworthy and $300+ donor and they are expensive compared to other sellers so I expect everything to be fine.
Now I checked accounts through today and some has recently auth set on them which I feel is shady so I go to confront Ziad and he tells me that he's just selling publicly raped shared accounts (which was never stated) and he is still trying to get out of it by downplaying it saying he's not OO and that accounts are unsafe and that I should have known this. These accs are clearly public resold accounts that many people have access to. I have 4 accounts of these serviced by another trusted user and spent $650 on this so far but the accounts are worth nothing as I will never be able to resell these raped accounts. User never said he was not OO and its only disclosed now that I ask him why they are being auth'ed and stolen on a day to day basis.

In short if hard to understand:
I bought legacies from this guy as he seemed trustworthy. He never tells me that the accs are public resold raped accs sold by multiple people that apparently many people has access to. He still denies this by just claiming he's not OO but im the stupid one for not just setting mail. I expect 100% to receive safe accounts that I can train and sell without having to set a mail. User has changed his hidden away discord message to now state that he's not OO.

I'd like to find a fair solution, I'm out of $650 and the accounts are worthless now.

I don't think this guy understand the issue at all or he is just acting oblivious to try and get out of issues easily, I hope u will be fair admin as u can see on the image he keep trying to state the accs are safe but contradict himself 24/7

and even if the message isn't edited he is again contradicting himself, I will just entertain his message even though its clearly just an easy way out, but it states "We don't offer warranty for recovery - unlock as we are not the original owners once you added a registered email"
So are they OO or not? if I add a email they will no longer be OO but he states they never were. The fact that he is not OO was never stated anywhere and I think he even contradicts himself in this (maybe) edited message that he is trying to use to get out of trouble now.

1. Hello zulu i would like to explain what is going on here This is a clear case of extortion.
   1-The account he is referring to was not used after delivery.

   2- also He offered that If i pay him half of the amount he spent on the accounts , which he personally determined himself he will delete the report.

   3- also when i asked him about which account have that 2fa code problem he didnt give clear answer
   
   4-as my server ads say im not the oo and i will not give warranty for recovery or unlock customers have time to link the accounts and change password after sell we will only give refund or replacement if any accounts not work also i mentioned that if you spent enough time on the account bought membership you would be able to recover
   
   5-now about this ss he shared from my server on this report showing account post message edited mods can join my server and check if any needed proofs i have server log when this post last edited date from bot logs
   
   6- also the customer want us to be responsible for the accounts during using services from other servers cause he didnt want to link them cause they will worth less if he decided to sell , lol i offered him replacement or refund if he feel its not secure accounts but I will not be responsible for any service coast he said that he spent
   

 

He purchased the same type of accounts from me on two separate occasions—once on January 16 and again on January 29. It is only reasonable to assume that the account details would have been changed at some point during this period. Furthermore, he explicitly stated that he had been using a different server throughout this entire time. Therefore, I believe that this matter should not be considered my responsibility, but rather an issue related to the other server he was using during that period.

 

First of all this guy doesn't understand the problem at all.
I still have access to the accounts that I bought from him and serviced (without any email set on them)
There is no issues so far - yet my concern is 100% on the fact that he has sold me raped accs that are 100% unsafe, nowhere on his server does he state they are not OO, he has in broken english stated completely hidden that they are no longer OO once you set a email on the account - he never states directly they are not OO, he says once I set email they are no longer OO and no longer responsible.

Some of the accounts has since I purchased been used by other people, not the ones I have serviced yet fortunately.

My solution towards him has been that if he pay 50% of my service costs I think its fair I set email on the accounts and take the "loss" that they will sell for much less than if they were unregistered as people deem this a big trust factor on accounts as these. This is not a solution I feel is even fair to me but I'm trying to solve this in a fair way for both parties.

Yes I bought accs from him twice, nowhere was it stated that he is not OO, I will post the other ticket too if requested although its exactly the same process as the other purchase.

Ziad is a liar and has no interest in solving this in a manner where he is not the winner, this is my true concern, if he is compulsive liar and has no interest in solving issues in a fair manner how am I supposed to feel safe about these accounts? I'd prefer not to set email but it seems like I will have to for this guy to not sell the accounts to a new user and me losing out on them.

 

Furthermore its basically a race against time before the accounts I still have access to which is serviced will be stolen by ziad or whoever else has access to this list of accounts or the other people its been sold to.

This is my concern, I will have to set email and devalue the accounts or risk that what ziad says is right that they are safe although accounts are dissapearing left and right and the ones with service might be next if not secured (which devalues the accounts for my purpose)

I hope mods understand the issue and won't side with this compulsive liar who doesn't care about his buyers at all, he offered me to take back the accounts (serviced) and that I would get a refund of what I paid for the tutorial island accounts, seems like a good trade for me, right.
