iDungPro Bans

It depends how severe the case is. If it's clear that a level 3 is a pure in one skill they have begun perm banning. 2 of my mining bots both got banned and I ran them very carefully. They are definitely taking more initiative on most common places.

Edit: Perm bans without any prior conviction.

 

I got temped on my f2p noob account at 82 and got rolled back to 75. I botted my main to 99 though without a ban

You botted it from level 3, only 3h and its 79 dung? Explain me how that works.

 

Which world were you botting on? if it was a dung world I don't know how you got banned unless you were stuck in lobby.

 

Detecting bots isn't that complicated... If you guys knew something about programming you could probably understand how easy it is to detect the kind of bots that are used for RuneScape then to flag the accounts using those bots. It's easy as pie (They also never hired someone specialised in catching automated software because it isn't that difficult to figure out a solution ).

F2p Accounts always get banned sooner or later, you can not avoid ban on F2p.

Jagex knows who is botting and who is not, no matter how complex the bot is. They see you that you are botting and they decide that you are not planning on becomming a member any time soon and so they get you banned. That's how they work.

If you are p2p, Jagex also knows that you have been botting, they are just letting it slip and do random roll backs for public eye. If they roll backed everyone, even tough it would be a good thing for RuneScape, everyone (p2p gold farms in china) would stop botting and playing all together, losing a lot of money.

So:

Their practice is to SHOW to the public that they do something about bots, but they are not powerful enough to handle all of them. But in FACT they are fully capable of stopping all botters once and for all, be it F2p or P2p. They just don't want to, since if they did, they would probably lose a lot of $.

Banning F2p bots, is really a cool strategy if you think about it. Botters will never stop, once everyone who bots figures out that being caught botting in p2p is quite rare, they will purchase P2p for all of their bots. If one person bots on 20 accounts, that's 100$ only from one guy.

So don't cry if you get banned on F2p, it's all part of their own strategy. If you want to bot either go P2p or don't bot at all.

 

I think he means he got banned after just logging on for a 3 hour session, implying that he wasn't banned after doing something like a 70 hour stretch.

do it on p2p, and you won't be banned Don't do the same mistake as other thousands

 

I got 1-80 dung with iDung Pro 24.7ing and no ban.
Took me about 6 days to get Rapier.

 

Is it possible someone knew you were using it, and decided to report you just to fuck with you? I've never heard of anyone getting banned using iDung pro.

Ot: I think you just have very bad luck. I have never heard someone get banned for this. I have already botted 2 gravite pures on f2p.

Anyways what I should have said was

I made a new account and botted Dungeon instantly. It was up to about 50 dungeon or so (100 K xp or so?) , and I took a day break. Afterwards I started up iDungPro for 3 hours and realized he was logged out.

Saw in the bottom
"Somehow got logged out. *followed by a smiley face*"

Logged in, saw "Account is disabled".

About the level 79 dungeoneering. Getting a chaotic is about 2,000,000 XP or so, and considering I got a pretty harsh ban, I'll probably get 10 dungeon - if my appeal is successful.
2,000,000 - 100 K or so = 1,900,000 or so XP which is at 79 dungeon

 

You were f2p, nothing more to add man

 

Never seen anyone else banned using this bot. Hopefully this isn't a sign of things to come.

This ^ I have 24/7 my new pure to 71 dung in like 5 days.. I don't plan on stopping either..
