    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
    Link to previous disputes: When I discovered that a worker was doing private deals with clients from my server, and that his friends had done the same before him, I became angry and issued a ban.
    Once I showed proof, the client stated that I had banned him. When the report was opened on Sythe, I never said that I would not return his deposit. I did not intend to scam or withhold any funds, and the ban was made as a reaction to rule violations on my server, not to avoid paying anyone.

    There was no intent to scam or withhold funds. I acted based on server rules, and I am committed to following Sythe’s rules and maintaining fair conduct going forward.

    @Swift Services, the number of reports involving you withholding worker deposits without sufficient evidence is concerning.

    I would prefer to see a longer period without any deposit related reports to ensure there is a clear understanding that deposits are not meant to be for profit. If you believe a worker has violated rules in a way that may justify withholding a deposit, you should submit your own report to obtain an official ruling before removing the worker from your server and keeping their deposit.
