I find it kind of sad that the immediate response from most males is sexual.

Unless there is some other notable figure that sticks a person out from the others, such as girth, then I generally look at her face. I can identify with a person more if I look at their face when I'm talking to them. If I'm not talking to them and they're not a friend I wish to greet it's much like walking through a crowded city street; you don't look, you just keep walking.
