Dicing will be removed or forbidden?

I heard some rumors and a friend of me (wich is a p mod) contacted me about this. So... Jagex pmed their p mods (maybe not everyone) about this. They want every player mod to report dicers to get them muted. If they keep going the dicers will be banned.

This is what i heard, i'm not 100% sure about this and i will post proof if i get some...

But maybe someone else knows more about this.

It's probably because they are the source of TONS of spam with auto talkers, not that they are apposed to dicing itself.

Weird, other than dicing what are dice used for? If they had any brains they would just remove the item.

Most probably because many kids get scammed, then complain, jagex can't do anything, so they quit

 

Its no suprise lol, All i see in crowded areas are diceing clans
and most of them are fucking scammers. I think they should just
have certain worlds for dicing lol

Yes. Alot of them are getting mutes, some are getting banned. Not many people make profit from it, it's a pretty stupid way. I've always done well enough staking.

 

This IS true i was dicing on one of my accounts, logged off, and logged back in. I then noticed i had a 48 hours mute.

Whats next fagex? i meen why are they wasting their time with dicers, not with all the spammers and botters?

 

i agree, i wouldn't think out of all of the problems on runescape they'd worry about dicing LOL

 

One of my pmod friends (who is also a host in Liked) told me in early June that they had full permission to mute any dice host whenever he wanted. However when asked whether or not they would remove dicing, he said that wouldn't happen any time soon. In early July I saw a thread in the RSOF regarding dicing in the constructive criticism section, and a Jmod responded by saying that they had no intentions on removing the legit dicers, but rather the scammers. They felt that the legit dicers were very clever in finding a new sort of mini game in runescape and that they did not want to squander such a creative idea. And finally, I have heard this rumor for months and nothing has happened.

So my guess is that this rumor is false and that it isn't happening, although I'll ask my pmod friend again.

 

I think if they would remove dicing, and would install casino, at least poor gambling addicts would have 50/50 chance.

 

Maybe jagex should just create their own casino within RS or as said above remove dicing overall. It would be cool to see NPC's as the wise old man clean your bank or even win his phat

 

I was muted for advertising 55x2 dicing.

 

Remove dicing, and make some form of safe gambling through machines or such = problem solved.
