How To Remove An Unknown Email

If you don't know how to delete an email that is not yours on your account, follow this guide and it'll teach you how to. I did not create this guide, but I'm posting it for the sole purpose of helping all of you.


Step One: Go to The Runescape home page and go to Email registration and login. Since you do not know the email set on it Leave the first spot blank.





Step two: Press continue and they will want you to Confirm your email on the code submission page, Go to your Inbox and check email from Jagex. then confirm it, and it will say wait 14 days but in the end you wont have to.





Step three: Go to Home page > Account > then Email preferences and at the bottom you will see click here to unsubscribe, then go check your email and follow link to unsubscribe then follow on to next page and press unsubscribe. Then go to email and confirm it.






Step four: Go to Email registration type your email and confirm it as done in step one.





Just repeat step three.


You've just removed the email.​

I think you have to wait 14 days to change if you don't know the other person's email.

 

I've tried too and it doesn't work, probably missed out something

I have just tried this, not working, Jagex fixed it.

 

for me it is still working, u might want to check your email, what u do is u do all he said, then when it says confirmation code thingy, u fill in (AFTER U CONFIRM YOUR OWN) resend codes, it will resend you a code..
bottom of that email u will see {unsubscribe from ..... } click it, and it will be removed!
