Requesting Ban Removal Consideration

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Back 5ish years ago, there was a lot of drama between "bus" and "Chicks". I dont remember bus' real name or aliases aside from also being known as pain. Bus scammed Chicksgold out of thousands (tens of thousands?) of dollars after already being on shaky ground due to previous questionable behavior in the relationship. At the time, I worked for Chicksgold as the other executive, just below chicks. One of my core functions was solving the numerous problems that would arise on a normal basis with various relationships; managing the relationship with bus was a specific point of focus for a good period of time. When bus pulled his biggest heist, a discussion was had about how there could be retaliation since my normal methods of dispute resolution were not making any progress. I had previously, in the course of being assigned to manage the bus relationship, been paid by bus to do his homework and tests for his school. As a result, after the heist, the retaliation was a report filed with the school explaining the academic dishonesty (bus paying others to do his homework and tests, in this case, me). If I remember correctly the school was "Wright". As a result, he allegedly (I believe it, just never sought/saw any proof that I recall) received consequences related to having that semester voided or something like that, which resulted in him making an accusation against me here on the site.
I do not disagree with the decision, and that is not the intent of this post. I spoke openly and frankly (with I think Andy? Or some member of the staff at the time) about things, was forthcoming about having a second account (nothing nefarious) in order to help the staff member properly take action against all appropriate accounts, etc. I think the staff member handled it well and properly, so again, I do NOT disagree with the action taken.
My goal in making this post is to ask for consideration to be unbanned. There are actions I would have rather handled differently (not limited to just this incident) during my time at CG, but for the most part I do genuinely believe I almost always fought for doing the right thing; most former employees and numerous customers would stand by that. At the end of the day, I'm mostly proud of how I handled things on a day to day basis, providing a much needed balance at CG, except in this situation; which I regret. While I do believe bus deserves (deserved?) consequences for his actions, it wasn't something that I needed to get directly involved with and take matters into my own hands.
For reference, still to this day I participate in another forum of similar size/scope and manage the scammer accusations section (similar to the report a scammer section here). I've participated in the forum for over a decade, and have ran it for the better half of a decade. This year I've taken the leap to step beyond just that, and create tools that aim to keep communities more safe from scammers, fraudsters, and bad actors. That led me to reviewing the scam reports here, as part of that mission, and the reminder that I am banned here. I have dedicated a good portion of my life to holding scammers, fraudsters, and bad actors accountable; I do not believe I am one. I have made mistakes (this ban situation being one of them), but I'd be thankful for consideration in a second chance.

Anything else you wish to say: I have a habit of overdoing it, and I already wrote a lot in the other sections. I'd like to explicitly say that I am sorry to bus for thinking it was my place to be the decider of his punishment, and the real implications that it had on his life. I'd also like to apologize for friends that it may have put in an awkward position. I may not have used sythe regularly, but obviously I am friends with dozens upon dozens of users (through other aspects) who use the site. If the ban is deemed irreversible, I'll continue to respect that as I have from the initial onset. However, if the ban is deemed reversible, I do appreciate the time you (you all?) took to review the case and give me another chance.
