The accuser attempted a scam

There is a major contradiction that proves the entire report is fabricated.

The reporter claims:

He opened a ticket at 3:18 PM

Spoke to my “Assistant”

Paid 80$

Got banned

And I “scammed” him

However…

I have official logs showing the exact same person, with the same Discord ID, at:

1:21 AM (hours BEFORE his claimed ticket)


At that time, he was:

Opening dozens of spam tickets

Swearing at staff

Harassing the server

Not cooperating, not asking for any service

And absolutely NOT behaving like a staff member

So I ask one simple question:

How can this person be an “Assistant” in my server at 3:18 PM

while at 1:21 AM he was spamming, insulting, and attacking the server?


No service owner on earth would ever hire someone who:

Spams the ticket system

Harasses staff

Insults the server

Creates chaos

And attacks the team

This alone proves he was never an assistant.

He simply edited Discord screenshots to pretend he was staff in order to stage a fake conversation.

 

How is somebody not staff allowed in your ticket?

 

All im seeing is that the person that scammed me (your staff) was given assistant and scammed me.

I see that the first video shows the entire Discord interface, while the second one doesn't. Everyone can watch the first video and see the difference between it and the second video after adding the assistant.

I have no relationship with RoT or VR.

Was simply looking for an inferno cape as i saw they were doing those. I should've put more thought into thinking about how quick it was but I'm not that familiar with trading practises and thought it would've been normal for me to go first. Although I did think it was odd that I got a PC very quickly.

My issue is that you guys are saying its staged?

I can't see how i would be able to stage this within 9 minutes. In the picture it says 1:15am he was given the rank and then 9 minutes later the ticket was open and i was scammed.

1. Why is somebody who was spamming and accusing them of scamming having an admin rank?

3. Why wasn't he banned prior to this but only after the money was sent?

 

I wasn't getting a response in any other ticket.

I would like to explain everything as clearly as possible:

I didn't give him any role on the team, and I never promoted him if he had access. This was either due to:
-A Discord glitch.
-A Carl Bott glitch.

**Why wasn't Gaucho removed from the server after he misbehaved by spamming?

**Why wasn't the accuser removed from the server for spamming?

Gaucho and others were opening multiple tickets simultaneously, and we were trying to close them all as quickly as possible. He and several others were indeed banned.

At the time, I wasn't aware he was sending spam or causing problems because I wasn't at my computer. If I had seen it, it would have all stopped immediately. The moderation team doesn't have the authority to remove or penalize members.
When we were closing all the tickets, we were deleting some and saving others without looking at anything except stopping this nonsense.

The accuser wasn't removed because I didn't have administrative privileges to ban or remove members. At the time, I wasn't at my computer and wasn't aware of all the messages being sent.
The situation was complicated because many members, including the accuser, were exploiting a glitch or timing issue to open multiple tickets at once, resulting in a massive influx of tickets. While we were trying to close and manage these tickets, some were deleted, while others were saved for review. During this process, the claimant's actions were part of this coordinated disruption.
It's important to note that the server was undergoing updates, and role permissions were still being configured in the new server setup. Therefore, I was unable to delete or block the claimant because I was away when I received a phone call informing me of what was happening. I immediately went to the server and tried to stop it.

Regarding the ticket, it is proven by the attached videos from the plaintiff on the right of the screen that he opened more than one ticket at the same time (this is part of his planned operation), and this is also to create confusion in any place and any ticket for him and his colleagues to commit their crime. Therefore, as I mentioned before, due to the large number of tickets and spam, we were closing any ticket that was opened without looking at saving it or removing it. However, we have more than one ticket for this name that does not contain any texts at all because we were trying to close it immediately without responding.

Regarding the alleged scam, the workflow and payment verification process require multiple steps

(payment command, confirmation, verification) that did not happen as described.

The tickets you mentioned were not processed in that manner,

and the screenshots and timeline provided in the claim are inconsistent with the actual procedures.
