Explanation of the trade: RS Primes scammed me after I put an order in for an infernal cape. Total scammed was $80. I have video proof.

First:
The video included in the complaint does not contain a single piece of evidence supporting what is being claimed.
We do not have any manager/assistant under the name “Gauchos”.
If you look closely at the video, you can clearly see that this name does not appear anywhere in the assistants list.
Proof:
You will also notice that the person submitting the complaint opened multiple tickets at the same time, which is considered spamming.
Second:
How is it possible for an assistant to tell him that the price of the cape is $80 before even asking about his account levels, what weapons he owns, or the value of his bank?
This alone proves that the situation did not happen the way he claims.
Third:
If someone opens a ticket in any server and asks an assistant about the price of something, and the assistant replies “$80,” would the person really send the money immediately within one minute without asking any of the usual questions?
And even if we assume he would do that—who sends money that quickly without proper verification?
Looking at the screenshot, the conversation was between 3:24 PM and 3:26 PM, which makes his story even more unrealistic.
Fourth and finally:
There is no proof of any payment, and no image or evidence showing that he dealt with any member of our server.

I would like to clarify something to Scythe Mods so we can put an end to this whole situation. I believe the DNT action was taken far too quickly, without giving me any reasonable time to respond. You can’t just accept a report from someone who creates a new account and submits a fake complaint without allowing the other party the chance to reply. This is the normal procedure followed in every report, and it should have been applied here as well.

Fake Evidence Exposure – Regarding the “Assistant” Fabrication

There is now clear and undeniable evidence that the report against us is based on manipulated and fabricated Discord screenshots.

In the video and images the reporter submitted, he shows an “Assistant” from my server chatting inside the ticket. However, here is the issue:

The “Assistant” shown in the conversation does NOT exist in our server.

When you check the actual Discord member list on the right side, this assistant is not present online OR offline.


This is impossible — all staff roles are always visible in the member list.

 

After I exposed this fact in my reply… suddenly he uploaded a new screenshot where he ADDED an assistant to the member list.

This is the strongest proof of manual editing and falsifying evidence.

Staff roles cannot be hidden.

A real assistant MUST appear in the server member list at all times.

The “assistant” in his video only appears inside the chat, not in the actual server.

This proves the following:

The chat screen was edited

The “assistant” is fake

The “conversation” is fabricated

The entire scenario is staged

The video cannot be trusted as legitimate evidence

This alone proves the report is manufactured with malicious intent.

This proves that the reporter constructed false evidence using edited Discord UI.

The member list cannot lie, and the sudden appearance of a new “assistant” after my reply shows deliberate manipulation.

I kindly request Sythe staff to review these inconsistencies carefully.

This is no longer a simple misunderstanding — this is deliberate falsification of evidence.
