Explanation of the trade:

I am reporting Smite Services for unprofessional conduct and failure to deliver a completed paid service.

After purchasing a full design package for $150, the initial delivery was incomplete and far below the quality he displays in their Sythe thread examples.

I requested several reasonable edits — all part of the original agreement — but he stated he was going on vacation. I respected that and waited patiently for him to return.
After waiting around 8–10 days without any meaningful progress or proper communication, I offered a very fair solution:
> I told him that he could simply send me the project/source files and I’d finish the work myself.

but as i got ton of work to do and to avoid wasting more time, I then offered to pay him an extra $30 to finalize all the edits he was supposed to do from the start.
He agreed to that offer (“Won’t make u upset, $30 it is”) and I paid immediately as a gesture of goodwill to move things forward faster., but even then the work remained unfinished, inconsistent, and unprofessional, missing several agreed-upon visual effects, layout fixes, and section changes.
I have lost confidence that he will complete the work properly.
Despite being cooperative and patient throughout, I ended up losing both money and time.
I am requesting a refund for the incomplete work. I leave any disciplinary decision to staff discretion.

I’ve been patient and cooperative throughout this process, and I trust the Sythe staff will review all the evidence and take the appropriate action.
I just want a fair outcome for the time and money lost. Thank you for your time and professionalism

Suggested Resolution:

• Full or Partial refund for the unfinished and unprofessional work whatever you see fair for both of us .
• No further punishment requested — I leave that decision to the staff’s judgment.

Just expected the scam of a guy ordering something then saying I don't like I just wanna refund, he's the same guy that fakes advertising his discord with a 300$ donor level.

 

Anyone who reads our conversation above can clearly see that you didn’t complete anything we originally agreed on, except for the server avatar and the ad banner.
Everything else was ignored, and the work you did provide was of very poor quality, without any care for the feedback I gave you.
You even included the wrong Discord invite link in my thread design — and it still took three weeks to finish that!

Lastly, your accusation is completely false.
Our Discord server hasn’t even officially launched yet, and the $300 donor tag you mentioned belongs to one of the founders which can easily be verified through the user IDs and Discord accounts already listed in the chat logs above.

I have no reason or need to “fake advertise” anything. My only concern here is resolving the issue regarding the incomplete and unprofessional work I received.

Here’s a clear breakdown of what we’re facing with the order so things are fully transparent:

We actually had no issues with the avatars or the ads banner — those were delivered in a satisfying way, and we used them.
The main problem has always been the Discord banner, the signature, the founders’ avatars, and parts of the thread design, we requested multiple revisions on it but the changes we needed were repeatedly ignored.

Discord Banner Issues

• Our slogan was supposed to be written using the same font used for the word “Services” in our logo, which was part of the original instructions, but this was completely overlooked.
  
  
• The banner lacks any effects, motion, or premium touch similar to the examples he showcased in his own advertising thread — which is a big part of why we chose him and paid for the service.
  
  
• The elements in the banner are placed too close to each other with no proper spacing.
  
  
• We asked to add a “Why Choose Us” section but he added it in a very unprofessional and rushed way, so we need that part removed completely.
  
  
• All we need is to give the banner a proper premium look.

Signature

The signature delivered is very weak and far from what was agreed on.
It needs some sort of animation, glow, or clean effect to give it an elegant appearance, since the current version looks extremely plain and below standard.

Founders’ Avatars

Our agreement from the beginning was for 3 different founder avatars, each with its own style.
What we received was simply the server avatar duplicated three times, which doesn’t match the deal at all.

Thread Design

Since the original design is now against Sythe’s updated rules, we only need a simple fix:

• Remove the services section but keep its space (just smaller) so the layout stays balanced and we can re-use that area later.

• Add a small glow or clean effect to the “Why Choose Us” section.

• Redesign the Discord invite section properly, including the Discord logo with a cleaner look.

We’re not trying to cause any issues, we just want the items delivered as originally agreed.
However, based on the quality of the revisions so far, I’m honestly not confident that the remaining work will be completed to the standard he advertises in his own thread.

If there’s no guarantee that the remaining designs will be finished with the level of quality and creativity we paid for, then I’m open to a fair alternative:
He keeps the payment for the items that were properly delivered (the avatar + ads banner), and I receive a partial refund for the rest.

I’m completely fine with whichever solution staff sees as reasonable — I just want this wrapped up in a fair way.

Thanks for the 3 avatars but Look, I’ll be direct as usual again & again, you still didn’t complete all the edits I listed.
It’s very clear you didn’t properly read what I wrote, because several points were ignored completely, just like every previous time.

Here are the exact parts you missed:

Signature :

Where is the animation? Where is the glow? What exactly is your interpretation of “elegant appearance”?
Because the current result has none of that.

Discord Banner :

You picked a random font that clashes with the entire design and removes any premium feel the banner should have.

Thread Design :

You didn’t “keep the space smaller,” you just deleted the whole section entirely without caring about balance, spacing, or consistent proportions in the design.
If this was the only issue, I wouldn’t even mention it, but the problem is that you keep ignoring basic layout instructions.

And again if this was the only problem, I wouldn’t complain, but the overall lack of effort makes even this tiny detail look disappointing.

I said very clearly: Redesign the whole section properly, and include the Discord logo in a clean way.
What you did instead is drop the icon randomly with no effort or proper layout.
That’s not a redesign, that’s just placing the icon on the page.

And just to be clear:
None of this is “extra work” or “new ideas.”
These are the exact same basic instructions I’ve been requesting every single time and every time they get ignored.

This has gone on for way too long.
I need you to stop picking a few points and ignoring the rest — read the full list carefully and apply every single change exactly as requested.

I don’t want another round of half-finished edits.
Please complete the entire list properly so we can finally close this.
