    I'd say they're perm as there is no date set to when it'll unban unless they dispute but I don't think Sillymonkey will be accepted back. As for Blindkilla, it depends on what he said which I do not know but he was a good reputed member.

    I don't know what the reason is, but his dispute was deleted/not shown right away from speaking to him it seems, because he told me he did appeal it.
