    Hello @Kanye , First of all i want to thank you that you are trying to solve this case , i want to reply on some points that he mentioned above 1- this customer didn’t block swift after i complained to him that’s not what happened, he blocked him right after he saw that swift put his UID here and his name without any permission from him that’s why he got mad and changed his name 2- everytime he is saying it’s not about money and that his server is making alot of money I don’t know why then he keep banning workers without any evidences and he is always late in cashout which is the reason why i asked him to give my deposit back , he is always late as it’s supposed to be within 14 days but he is always giving it in the day 14 although he mentioned above that he is making this in 3 hours 3- I do have a screenshot from our chat of what really happened which is completely different from what swift said but he can’t accept that ppl are complaining about his server and his treatment which is the main reason that ppl are leaving him 4- i did work in both servers for like 6 months+ and he never complained cause i never invited someone and never did anything to him and if he was good at cashout i would have stayed in his server , but yes he can't accept the truth and keep calling everyone a scammer to others , One of the most funny things that when i was making the report i saw another one complaining about swift in another report which is hella funny 4- i will put all screenshots below

    You actually broke our rules when you talked to our client more than once,
    and we’ve warned you about that multiple times in our TOS thats why you lost your deposit

    This has already been established that simply talking to a client outside of a ticket does not equate to withholding a deposit.

    I've reviewed all of the documentation here, which is quite bad and a lot of he said/she said. It also appears the customer reached out and asked where he's working rather than the worker going out of his way to provide this. A customer is free to leave as they deem necessary & simply having an order from you in the past does not mean he's yours forever.

    Pay the man his deposit - I'll give you 72 hours. I'd encourage you to read up on deposits & TOS surrounding this as well here: A Guide to Terms of Service (ToS).

    Thank you for confirming.

    @Swift Services This is your fourth report surrounding deposit withholdings/delays in ~3 months. I'd encourage you to understand deposit withholdings & these being withheld only on occasions where a true impact/damage was done to your business. This was already previously established/advised on this report. You can read more on this here.

    Additionally, it appears there was a delay in the other active report that was just resolved which you indicated was delayed due to your personal issues, which I certainly understand things happen and personal life comes first. However, a secondary party (appears he is reflected as support in your server) ended up paying the user back his deposit. This support user could've paid within the designated time it appears.

    I'd encourage you to understand deposits, establish effective terms of service (as respectfully your terms of service are hard to read/understand anyways) that make sense, & pay within your established periods. Please note further reports may lead to harsher punishments.
