Explanation of the situation:
The dispute with Albatraoz101 was regarding an order for a Holly Wreath on website ( when i was off )
The issue occurred because of a temporary website price change, not any attempt to avoid the order.
Our support agent offered two options to the customer:
A gold swap, or
A refund in BTC.
Since the gold swap wasn’t accepted, I personally followed up via email to confirm the customer’s wallet address and network for the BTC refund to avoid any mistakes.
The refund was sent in full, and I provided both email logs and a BTC refund receipt as proof.

The customer has been fully refunded, and no losses occurred on their side.

Request:

I respectfully request that the Trade With Caution (TWC) tag be removed from my profile which i can appeal in August but i waitted till now ( Its been over 3 months ) .
The situation was resolved responsibly, the customer was refunded, and there was no intent to scam or deceive.I have an active and positive trading history on Sythe with many successful transactions in the past 10+ years .I understand and respect the rules of Sythe, and I’ve learned to handle any future price discrepancies more promptly to avoid misunderstandings. ( Especially improving agent's trading experience )I’d appreciate it if the staff could review my case and consider removing the TWC tag, as it no longer reflects my trading conduct.
