Defender Service Requirments: 60+ Attack, 75+ Strength, 200k bank for supplies.

Requirments: 10+ Super energy potions

Animation Room

Requirements: A set of armour depending on your combat level (Bronze being lowest, Rune being highest)
Fair combat stats
Plenty of food in bank
Decent defence bonus armour e.g rune, dragon, barrows
A decent weapon e.g whip, rapier, d scim.

100-CB:
500 tokens - 50k
1k token - 90k

100+ CB:
500 tokens - 30k
1k tokens - 55k

Dummy Room

Requirements: Any amount of weapons with every attack style

500 tokens - 100k
1k tokens - 175k

It increases your legitimacy with the community and people will usually vouch for you if they think you did a good job. Though, it is against the rules to require a vouch for a service.
