I want to start a dice wars friend channel for runescapers who decide to join in if this is executed.

I would like to host wagers . Most of you knows how this works and for the ones who don't I will explain it here.

Host positions will not be purchased as for now. They must be earned.

Runescape Dicing is a gambling game where you give a host a certain amount of runescape gold for a bet/wager. The host will find someone to call to bet your wager.
