Need Advice. Empty Bank. 15m cash.

Okay Sythe. I have an empty bank due to a hacker. And 15m cash from another account.

Here are my stats.

How should Start building back my bank items?

Stuff such as shovel, spades, quest items. Etc etc.

Stuff that allows me to perform everyday stuff on RS.

 

I'ma give you a sythe answer here: bot dung to 80 and bot frosts.
otherwise im not sure what your asking, build back your bank items or just bank?
if you need something go on ge and buy it? could it be more complicated?

 

Well Im more looking for an easy way of gaining back quest items that are important for slayer and farming etc without having to roam the entire map. Or is that inevitable?

 

I can't think of anything, but I doubt you will need all of them at once. It's a pain and whoever hacked you is a real dick to drop all your stuff like that.

Frosts are level 85...

I would collect all your general items first like hatchets, quest items, ect, like you said, get 80 dung for a chaotic rapier. Then either get maxed melee to stake or get to level 85 dung for frosts and eventually to stake. Sorry about your loss =/

It is inevitable to run around the map getting back all of your quest items again. As for the problem of building back your bank you could either do slayer or go dungeoneering to 85 for frost dragons. The great thing about dungeoneering is that no gear is required so even though you were just cleaned out it won't affect your performance in that skill.
