Gold4rs Rares *PLEASE READ*

I am currently interested in buying a few bil in June, and had pretty much decided on buying from Nick. However, I had some free time so I decided to go on gold4rs's live chat to see what price they would offer me. During the 45 minutes I completely wasted without getting an answer, I decided to browse gold4rs's prices for rare items expecting to lol a few times. I did, since they valued phats WAAAAAY too high (since their gp conversion is like a dollar per mil) and since white phats were valued over blue ones.

Then I came across half wines and christmas crackers.


That is not counting the three percent discount I get when I buy anything on that site.

Now my question is: can I trust Gold4rs with such large orders? The most I have ever bought from them in one order was 330$ worth of gold in December. It seems kinda sketchy that an item worth 6b is being sold at $1560 and a 1b (?) item is being sold for $200. The cracker would be about 26 cents per mil while the half wine would be 20 cents per mil (assuming that it is 1b, I may be wrong).

What do you guys think? Would it be safe? It seems too good to be true...

I did....absolutely useless....the person logged out when I brought up the actual price of the items. I'm usually a gold4rs fan boy, I've ordered plenty of stuff off them before. However, ever since ft was announced, they have pissed me off a lot.

 

To be honest, no. I wouldn't trust them something like that, then again, they probably forgot to add an extra 0 to the wine or something like that lmao... Definitely wouldn't trust them though they're really sketchy

No, do not buy that. There was a thread from an ex employee around here a couple of weeks ago who expressly said that the prices are low so they can get your money, but won't be able to deliver the product.

My personal experience (with a different website) was buying a party hat for 280 bucks, thinking it was a steal, and from a reputable website, but after 2 days, they told me they couldn't deliver, and offered me gold at $1.20 per mil.

tl;dr, NO, ITS A SCAM.

 

There a gold site when it comes down to it, so thats all they will ever be good at. Anything else whether its rares, or high amounts of gold you should not trust them.

Stolen an account back from me, after i trained it from 70-91 strength.. may have been the original owner to be fair, but i dont trust them anymore on orders $20+ And there Gold Prices are horrendous! I Mean $1.2/M + ? I use Gamegoody.com! pretty damn cheap and ive spent over $1300 over 2 years with them

 

Basically, the issue here is that Gold4RS are clueless about in-game prices. They will list items at their Grand Exchange price without doing any further research. They do not have ANY HALF WINES in stock! I guarantee that.

Your order will never be completed. They will offer gold at a much higher rate as compensation. You will not beat the system.

 

r2pleasant makes a good point. that's why i purchase from sythe. with the freedom to pick and choose who to buy from, and customer support being the seller, trading goes a lot easier this way. even if using playerauctions, it's still more secure to p2p.

 

Dude they will farm gold for it...

so be prepared to wait like 10 years because they get 1mil a day LOL

 

Usually if something's too good to be true, it is. If they're offering 1.2/m and are selling wines for that cheap, there's no legitimacy in that offer based on their other prices. If this were true, it would be more common, and there would be a lot more people abusing the system getting huge profits from them (which is the main goal their site doesn't allow you to do :/)

They just put the item in for market price.

 

They would probably end up scamming you anyway. Either by completely ignoring you, or offering you ridiculous compensations.

 

Gold4rs sucks. Once I ordered 20m from them, and everything went well until the next day when I logged in and the gold was gone. You might say that its my fault for not changing pass fast enough, but they were the only ones who had my pass. Don't trust them at all.

 

Fyi, their prices are them going onto your account, farming the gold required to put a mid offer in the ge and waiting for it to buy, dont use it for rares.
