I am a active user of many other forums where i advertise my services (Proxy & Data)
Am aware that forums have posting rules hence i am posting this here.
Cant seem to find where the rules and forum tiers are located that allows access to post anywhere in the forum.
Can anyone help out showing me a link ?

i think you can do an animated one as well, but more you donate more things you unlock
