access to account

hi guys just hoping to get some help on how to access my scythe account, I know the username, I know the password I still have the email its linked to however I don't have my phone or details that had the 2FA enabled


if anyone can let me know how to do this that would be good, cheers

 

have posted before and then I just never checked back, and probably will get a delayed response again, thanks guys
