StarCraft II Section

StarCraft II is a pretty damn popular game, if Diablo gets it's own section then StarCraft should too. Strategies, general discussion, videos, etc. I know I'd frequently post in it, what does everybody else think?

 

How about Game strategies discussion section?
This could work for more games like League of legends, dota and HoN also.

 

I would say mimic the Diablo/WoW sections... so General, Vids/Screenies, etc. Perhaps add a "Help" subforum in which players would help each other with the game. I personally haven't played Starcraft II yet, but I did buy it for my sister's boyfriend's birthday. Is it as good as everyone makes it out to be? Support.

It seems too specific, I see it gaining popularity at first, but as the demographics of the two games are widely different I don't a SC2 section being sustainable.

 

Since when have demographics ever stopped a game from being successful? StarCraft caters to people of all ages, much like RuneScape.

 

Maybe a Battle.net section? Because to be honest both the Diablo and WoW section are pretty dead, we can mash them all together in one Battle.net section and create sub-forums for each game.

 

I don't know, the WoW section is fairly active.

If it is popular as you say it is, why not. If it gets inactive, they can just delete the forums, merge it with another like FlyingToast says.

Love this idea, Starcraft II is BOMB.

 

I would support this, if Sythe could attract hundreds of active users to a StarCraft sub form, then it will be successful.

Consider Starcarft 2 > Diablo 3 (subjective) I'd say it would be beneficial. Or you could merge the 2 together to Blizzard.

 

I support this, Starcraft II is a great game, with great competive side off gaming.
