    this guy i asked him to make me 99 accounts meele and 82 meele
    35 99 - 106 82 i paid him all money = full money
    proofs of money = imgur.com
    he give me 28 - 99 / 59 - 82
    and he always delivry accounts missing and wrong pass then try to make issue on me as alwasy
    and iam sure u can ask anyone make big deals with him doing that i have proofs in sheet need an admin to give him accss about sheet we made to delivry

    last issue he made accounts for me and want to sell price of accounts 160$ he say i changed info but info was in sheet and i didnt visit google sheet from 1 month how i change it ?

    now i need on him 645$ now i want full refund for me i dont want to get accounts he scammer bad worker { deal should finish in 40 days } he took like more than 4 months and keep doing his things with me keep in mind sythe i told him i wont take any account u didnt put ur email on itt and he still doing this : https://i.imgur.com/3r6T0SI.png

    i dont mind if he take 160$ accounts he say i took them so 645 - 160 = 485$ i need to refund this i wont take any accounts from him right now and iam have right
    1- he scammer
    2- he cant finish in time
    3- he will keep give me wrong date and day i changed

    Can either of you please provide the following:
    • Screenshot(s) of the original trade agreement for each order
    • Screenshot(s) of any timelines agreed upon for completion of the accounts
    • Any Terms of Service agreed upon

    From my understanding here, @MrshacoStore OsRs provided @Qazi Bilal fresh tutorial island completed accounts to train to the following:
    • (35) Level 99 att/str/def accounts for $35 each
    • (106) Level 82 att/str/def accounts for $10 each

    @MrshacoStore OsRs - Are there any additional accounts involved in this report that were to be trained that are not listed above?

    @Qazi Bilal has been banned on a separate report. I have added this to their multiple DNT reasons, and they will need to address it in the dispute should they choose to repay their debts and request a pardon to return to the market.
