Hey, does anyone know how to let's say fund a paypal account or buy amazon giftcards or anything with a cell phone?

Not that im aware of, but if you buy a giftcard thats paypal able you can just put it on your paypal as if it were a credit card, thats what i did

Depends how much you want on your paypal, you could buy memberships for people with your mobile phone and re-sell the Rsgp for paypal.

Did you ever look into Onebip? They're company is being allowed as payment option on quite allot of websites. You could also add funds to your account and wait 60 days for it to be withdrawn to your bank/paypal.
