Recover your old account

I'm not sure if there is a thread on this but i'm tryna recover my old account using the recover via email thing and obviously it isn't sending nothing to my email it's @hotmail.com email btw. i'm not sure why can anyone explain the reason?

 

You've checked your spam box right? It could be in there.

 

You probably want to post this in the "Runescape General" section. Anyways, are you positive it's your email set? Perhaps someone else somehow set one without you noticing?

 

It should be working, maybe somebody got hold of the password and managed to change your email.

i think you uuse not your hotmail.com ,because I use hotmail and every time Iget letter

 

You can have more than one Sythe account so long as they don't interact. I for one have one when all I want to do is post in topics without being bothered.

Maybe a hacker is forwarding your emails to another address be sure to check that your emails aren't getting automatically forwarded

 

I've had the same problem. Check your junk first.
