Would this make an epic pure? [STATS]

How would these stats work out for edge pking?

70 Attack (WHIP/SS)
85 Strength
1 Defense
52 Pray
75 HP
1 Mage/Range

Combat: 75

Would this kind of pure own for edge pking? Using a whip and dds of course

 

It'd be awful if i'm honest.
99 Strength, High range or mage, and 50 attack then your sorted, 13/20 prayer max.

Wouldnt it rip through the lvl 75's 1 def as a whip would...?

 

You need Range and Magic. Besides that you will do fine. Make sure you finish all important quests before you hit level cap for Attack and Prayer. (70 and 13/31/43/52 likewise).

 

Against other pures, it would be risky, if you actually want some loot from the failed mains, would work nice.

Before I messed up my last pure I had 78 atk, 90 str, was nice, sucked against pures.

 

Don't use a whip period. You don't want to accidentally get def or get an extra attack level. SS with suffice.

 

You can actually get alot of mage levels, and not get your cb up. Just wear the best armour you can to max out the negative mage bonus, and wind strike on rock crabs or something. Then curse until low alch, and alch until high alch, and you can get up your mage faster.

 

Personally I would get your range up and get 75 attack. Then you can combo with AGS. Range is fast and accurate at the higher levels and ags is a great finisher as it is just as accurate especially on other 1 def pures. What I would do is either.

Knives < Ags

OR

MSB < Ags

If you like rushing you can also get 94 magic and do some Barrage < Ags

a lot of pures at 75 have 99 strength or close to it. so you would be the one getting ripped stay 31 pray
