    Thank you for resolving/refunding - Staff does feel a Trade With Caution (TWC) is fit here due to a multitude of things:
    - You've failed to advise that you are not the OO on these
    - You do not have any information/insight on where these originated from
    - You advertised a product of being a tutorial island/unregistered when it appears a majority of these are not the case
    - You advised you may have double delivered the same list

    @2FA you will be issued a TWC (Trade With Caution) rank for poor trading practices. You can request a removal of the TWC here after 30 days have past.
