In my defense, the vouches were deleted a few weeks after I made them when I realized it was bannable. The actual steps are

1. Get scammed when you first join
2. Make shit tons of trade
3. Have gold4rs steal your picture
4. PROFIT
5. Get banned for scamming an upgrade
