How they scammed: i paid them 31$ and then they went offline and stopped responding

i told him if he wanted to make a refund and he said he wanted the gold rw i told him the farmer was disconnected and another one had already sold last night i had good internet connection i ordered a 32b rw acc but he refunded the money from paypal how can i give him the account if he refunded the money

yes i had to dispute the money after i had made a 2nd payment for the rw gp to get "more" because he could not find my little amount. so then after a 2nd payment and 3 days with no response where he went offline directly after i paid him and never responses yes i disputed it after 3 days of him not responding why would i not.

why would i not dispute the money when he literally stopped replying for days after taking my moneythe first time and DOING THE SAME THING

 

he was supposed to pay me the rw 3 days ago not yesterday he only "showed up with gp" because i disputed the money and now he realizes i alrdy got refunded and his scam didnt work
