[Approved] Declutter Other Games section and expand subsections

Describe the problem: The Other Games section is one cluster fuck of threads pertaining different games. Several suggestions have been made to address this, though sadly to no avail.
What current rule(s) tackle this problem: None. The multiple threads rule doesn't even affect this section.
Explain the change: Create more sections such as Pokémon Go Marketplace, Neopets Market and Diablo.
Explain why this change will fix the problem: While even some of those sections could use some more subsections, atleast it's clear what you can find in a Diablo section.
Side-effects: More sections leading to potential a bigger face of inactivity, though I'd rather have a lackluster section than the brain explosion the current state of Other Games can cause. This would mean also reviving old sections from Archives, but I really see no harm in this if this could mean more activity in said sections aswell as more clearance in which thread goes where.

 

I agree. I've seen multiple duplicate post some of them having 15+ pages of bumping. Its a pretty tough section to filter out when looking for something specific. Im not much of a fixer though and I don't actually have any sort of resolution thoughts for the issue but for sure it can be cleaned up a little maybe add tags for certain games that can be posted in there and maybe limit the thread count to posting 1 thread with all the other games you're offering with the different names in the title *shrugs*.

 

I agree, it's quite literally a different seller taking up the entire page on every page.

one reason we don't bother doing anything in that section, is the fact that some people have 69 threads in there, that all get bumped at the same time, pushing people with 1-2 threads to page 20 within a second.

people looking for "specific" games should be able to find these in a subsection of "other games" rather than digging trough 2000 threads, praying that it may just be there

I Support, but to me its just another section of the site people use to increase to post-count and I don't take it seriously as most areas of this site due to bump-bots. I still think people should only be allowed to bump a post once per day, but that's another topic. smh.
