without any appeals left id suggest you contact jagex and if it was banned a while ago tell them it was hacked and if you changed adresses but can still provide the info it will be unbanned

most unban services on here are scams, claim to be able to unban but never seen it happen for macroing, basically u give free money even if they fail in most cases

 

It's VERY hard to unban an account, for the reasons of course. For macroing, you'd need to take it further than just an appeal, a possible letter, even a real life visit, maybe.
