Definitely agreed. Gohan's taking care of most things on the site when a lot of us are occupied with Market-related things. Thanks.

Please, I invite the regular member user-base to place feedback on both old and new staff to let them know how they're doing. If you have any problems feel free to voice them - criticism will make us better moderators

 

I'll give my review, overall, I will say Sythe has a very strong staff, with people that are helpful and know what they're doing.

Individual reviews;

Gohan - Very quick with scammer/spam reports, Gohan you are simply the man. You have definately helped many people, especially in the Personal Support section.

Greg - Very nice/polite to talk to, has answers if you need them.

Plznate - Haven't talked to you much, but you seem like a cool guy and you contribute a lot to Sythe, you are good at your job.

FireZ - You are also very helpful, and do your job well.

Would love to hear some feedback on how I'm going with moderating the graphics section. That is if any of you are active there of course. Although I don't hang out there only, I'm always in off topic and runescape so it shouldn't be too hard to come across my posts.

 

I've dealt with some Scam Reports that you were doing at the same time. If it says Karl is viewing, I'll refresh before posting. You beat me every time.

 

I usually lurk around the gfx section and see you have made some nice changes and additions to the forum. Hopefully it will get more active, you're doing great. Keep up the good work man.

 

Blupig - Could be a little more active, but generally gets the job done.
Brendan - Fantastic work. A thoroughly professional and friendly member of the team.
CSkiffingt1 - Same as Brendan, very dedicated and hard working.
Greg - Manages user education brilliantly.
Hahanerd - He knows I'm not his biggest fan, but he does a fantastic job of moderating.
HamJam - Again, truly doing an awesome job! Keep it up.
KerokeroCola Probably the staff member I'm least familiar with, but he's an absolute machine. Great start.
Louis I'm disappointed in you.
Magic Arrow - Not seen you around a whole lot since I came back.
Pokemoners - Same for you, really.
Plznate Another machine.
Pureown An exemplary staff member. Keep up the excellent work.
Rohail - Not seen you since I came back.
Sacro Not seen you a whole lot either, sadly. (Pssstttt, good work on the IRC channel though)
Spraynwipe Doing great so far. Really active and dedicated!
The Riddler_ Again, an excellent addition to the staff team. Keep working hard.

Alteranz - Active and contributes well to staff and public discussion. Does what it says on the tin
Clashfan - You're naughty. Disappointing activity from you, I'd have expected better. Please pick it up.
FireZ - Overexerted.
Giddy Doing fine, keep it up!
Karl - Too early to say how you're doing as a global moderator, but your contributions as a sectional have been invaluable. Excellent.
MegaMatt - Not sure how active you are this time around, but you seem to log on and post more than you did last time
Nick - Has always been a great member of the staff team. Glad to have you, Nick. Keep up the hard work.

Finn - Does a fantastic job of managing the staff team and keeping the peace.
Matthew - More active than people give him credit for. Treats others as they treat him. Just a thoroughly pleasant admin!
SMR - Does a great job. Probably the most active admin (second only, to the mighty Verts ) and definitely one of the most technologically experienced.
Sythe - Easy to talk to, should there be any problems. Rectifies any potential issues immediately. A truly exemplary owner. The reason other blackmarket sites are so bad is because they don't have him running it.
Verts- Sexy.

This is probably the strongest staff team we've had to date. Great work everyone.

 

I Mainly see Gohan, Giddy and FireZ do most of the reports. I could be wrong. I think they are doing great and their response is incredible. Verts is also doing good. Well all staff are obviously doing good otherwise they wouldnt hold their position but those are just a few ive noticed.

 

need more GFX staff and developers.... this site has no future aspects.. like most sites always aim for the next version, this has only ever been update once i think!

Agreed. I think sythe is fine how it is graphics wise, change your skin if you're bored of the default look (I use nextgen lite).
