I can remove the email that is registered to the account. This would leave the account email-free (aka unregistered). This part goes pretty fast. The recoveries take a bit longer, but it is still within the 30 minute maximum. The previous applies to all accounts.

I can show you if you go create a level 3 and put recoveries/email on it.
