requesting a pardon from 4 years ago regarding Amy

Hello there, four years ago there was an incident involving a name trader 'Amy' and I. This user was banned in the last week from sythe due to being outed as a scammer. The entire situation originally between her and I was a huge misunderstanding/miscommunication. I wanted to see if my DNT could be removed, I can pay a fee or do whatever is required. I've just returned to the game. I simply would like to return to sythe as a buyer nothing more. I donated on this profile and gained vouches, this one situation is the only mishap I've ever encountered.
