Hey good day dear sythe staff, I would like to dispute about the TWC we have recently received.

We feel that we havent deserved such a big punishment, we recently received a 5 year badge on sythe and this is our first time that we as a company also faced a problem like this in all the times that we are here. There are too many things in my report that admit that the client took irresponsible steps. this is too much for a single report from the report date till now we have over 50 vouches probably that proves that our work practices are high theres not even direct proof that this happened during the services. When we have a community reach of total 5000-6000+ members the TWC will have big impact We have over 40 workers and over 100 open tickets. When we re-assigned the task we didnt expect anything bad from this worker so it slipped thru as there before we ask all our customers to change password when we re assign. We make so many transactions everyday with good results. We have many daily positive reviews which can prove that our business practices are not bad. We are all human and we make mistakes. We did not run away nor did we keep the customer un-responsive , we faced the problem and looked for a fairer solution than the customer requested. When we have so many positive vouches and so many customers coming back everyday is also proving that our business practices are with high quality and good results.
I think the decision thats being made here is without thinking about our company health or reputation. We feel that TWC is way too harsh for a single report as we make so many transactions day in out without any problems we kindly ask you to re consider if it's not too harsh.
