Explanation of the trade: I paid $350 for them to build me 5 CG accounts ($70 each finished). I hand created the accounts and hand did tutorial island on each account and provided them with membership, paid GraceGP for the service and handed them the account details.

How they scammed :A day and a bit later 4 of the 5 accounts are permenently banned for "Macroing Major". GraceGP refuses a partial refund and demands that i provide them with 4 accounts similar to the unbanned account, when he cannot even provide a single screenshot that any service was completed on any of the banned accounts. It has been 6 days since 4 of the accounts were permenently banned and they do not want to help come up with a fair resolution. Each solution I attempt to bring they just shut down with are they the same as before or something along the same lines as that. They just want to keep the money without coming up with a resolution for the service which is fair for both parties.

There was no TOS agreed on, only mention of TOS was after i asked for a partial refund

 

The problem with this case is as first;

1. There was GP supplied by me, 50m per account
2. There was loads of hours done on 5 accounts at the same time (all done click by click, all of the accounts were similar stats/quests done)
3. There is no way to know if he didnt bot tutorial island on the accounts/bought gp on the accounts, whatever you can do to make it banned.
4. I have not had anyone before with this problem that has bought services/accounts from me, so this is new and very weird to hear
5. You can see the accounts being logged in loads of times on the email log (if they are not deleted) as theyre all jagex accounts and need auth code upon login via jagex launcher.
6. The terms of service is the first page you open when you join my discord.

I agree that the screenshots in runelite shouldve been turned on, the reason this was turned off in the first place is because im a multi-logger myself, that should explain it self. No one ever asked about these screenshots, thats why it didnt cross my mind to turn them on.

Can you provide a screenshot that there was 50m on each account, and can you provide a screenshot of any service like a level up or a quest completion on any of the banned accounts with the account names included in the chat window?

The accounts all completed tutorial island by my hands, click for click. The accounts of banned for Macroing Major, not RWT.

Same authentication codes are probably required on 3rd party clients. So I'm not really sure how this is relevent.

This does not mean they're read and agreed upon. Using a ticket did not mean that the terms were agreed upon and there was nothing in the ticket about terms until it suited you to keep my money.

Can you provide a screenshot for every account that you did tutorial island yourself?
Can you provide proof that the gp you put on the account is acquired in a legal way instead of buying gp from a goldseller loading onto a fresh account?
About the authentication codes, it was about not having runelite screenshots/proof, now you're accusing me of using 3rd party clients.

Authentication codes just prove that the accounts were logged in, there's no proof that any service was completed, like you keep saying that they were all similar stats and quests, there's just no proof to back up your claims.

The terms of service that were not agreed upon in the ticket or anywhere else.

 

@GraceGP did Derpy explicitly agree on your ToS, and if so, can you substantiate this with evidence?

Did you inform Derpy that you were going to multilog prior to the service? Again please substantiate.

Show me proof that @Derpy6255 agreed to the ToS

 

Closing in on 48hours since being asked to provide proof, but continously auto bumps his threads without responding here...

 

@Derpy6255 is the 5th account being serviced?

 

If it is then it shouldn't be. I told @GraceGP that I wouldn't bother logging into the 5th account as I wanted to find a solution to the other 4 before we proceeded. Please see imgur.com for this part of the converstion (line 7).

Edit: Additional 2 Imgur links of the same conversation to show timestimes, and another to show a message from @GraceGP 3 days later saying that no service would be continued on the unbanned account until I said so. imgur.com imgur.com

 

Due to GraceGP refusing to substantiate whether the ToS were properly agreed upon, while he continues to bump his threads, I deduce that the ToS were not agreed upon in conformity with Sythe-rules.

From this, I conclude that no ToS have been agreed upon. Since the accounts have been banned, completing the services is not possible - and also not desirable given GraceGP's lax attitude in this dispute.

@GraceGP please promptly refund @Derpy6255 the paid $350.
